Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet all of the following requirements:
- Items are in original, unopened packaging
- Items are in perfect, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/ invoice) is provided
Return Shipping & Restocking Policy
- Return shipping costs: The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking fee: No restocking fee will be charged for all eligible returns.
How to Initiate a Return
DO NOT return items without prior contact and official approval from our customer service team—unauthorized returns will not be processed or accepted.

- Our support team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the official designated return warehouse address for your shipment.
- Ship the eligible item(s) to the provided return address (do not ship to any office address without explicit authorization).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (mismatched with your order), contact us immediately via the corresponding support email and attach clear photos/videos of the issue and proof of purchase. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you at our expense, with no return shipping costs for the customer.
Refund Processing
- Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected to meet our return eligibility criteria, we will send you an email notification to confirm refund approval or rejection.
- For approved refunds, the funds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund processing time may vary slightly based on your payment provider’s rules.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may use the tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status in real time.
Important Notes
- Processing and delivery timeframes do not apply to backordered items—we will notify you of the estimated shipping date for backordered products separately.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipped to remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii). We will confirm the extra fee with you before order fulfillment.
